I only wish that you would incorporate intent and other mitigating circumstances into your decisions much as our system of justice weighs such factors as pre-meditation, involutary manslaughter, mental competency, excited utterances, and other considerations (I'm not a lawyer) of veracity and intent. I suppose you could be satisfied with an effective system where posters are only infrequently disciplined. I would have you also consider just how free, direct and open posters feel they can be in expressing themselves about both the positive and negative experiences they have on your site.
