Rod, what is clutter to one might be an essential tool to someone else. I believe the diversity of Babble is a thing to be valued.

I wonder if Lou really feels that we do get it. I know there are times when my T thinks he gets it, and I have to correct him and try again. I figure my clients feel the same way about me. The feeling of being understood is hugely therapeutic, and fits in with Maslow's hierarchy of needs under love and belonging.

Like Dinah said, I don't even think that Lou's concerns are for the group to decide. He is asking Dr. Bob for changes. And I think he is most often quite specific in what he wants to see changed. He and Dr. Bob do not appear to be on the same page with this, but I do think Lou is offering a proposed solution. >

I can hear how frustrated you are about this issue. I'm not sure what it is exactly that bothers you so about this in particular. I may have overlooked previous posts, but have you asked Lou what his goal is?
