Dr. Hsiung,
I am requesting a determination in the following situation concerning the policy here in relation to harassment.
The policy states that {a post is to be identified} [...to them...]that makes them feel harassed.
My request for a determination is that if there is no identifying post given to the one that the poster writes to [...not post to them...], then:
A. could that mean that the poster can ignore the post to [...not post to them...] because there was no identifying post given?
B. could that mean that the poster that posted the [...do not post to me...]without identifying a post to the other poster that the [...do not post to me...] is directed to, could be considered to be writing something that is not acceptable to the guidlines of the forum?
