Words that aren't racist or hateful or deliberatlely hurtful aren't bad. Lenny Bruce was brilliantly plowing this ground all the way back in the 1950s and 1960s, at which point George Carlin took up the flag. Bob, you really ought to seek out some classic Bruce and Carlin concert CDs (especially Carlin's "Seven Dirty Words"). I think they might broaden your mind a bit. If you are familiar with their work, and can't get your head around the subtleties of deliberately hurtful vs. merely exuberantly expressive naughty language, then I give up.
