Okay I need tech support afterall...

I can receive babble mail, but I cannot reply. When I hit the reply to babble mail link, I get the following message: "Your email message has been idle and this link has become inactive. To access the link, close this window and return to your Message. Then click the browser's Refresh button or close your message and reopen it."
I've tried the refresh button and closing the message and re-opening it, but I get the same error message again. I've even signed out of the email address, and signed in again, and I still get the same message.
Help, please.
