Easy as pie. Got to the secure registration page, at: https://dr-bob.securesites.com/cgi-bin/pb/signup.pl
The https means secure http site.
Just complete a new registration. The other one will remain active, but if you don't use it any more, that won't matter in the least. I think that if you email Bob with the details of the old account, he can permanently inactivate it, if that's what you want to have happen.
It would be nice if you notified us on the Admin board about the new name.
