Dr Bob? Can you offer some insight?

I posted something on 2000, and hope that you might read it and comment. I'm in a bad way, and not getting anything like direction from any of my alleged treatment team, and really want to hear from a medical professional on the topic. If you'd be so kind, I'd be forever grateful -- and I wouldn't even require you to take my first born...
