Jai, If you spend some time reading the archives of Admin you'll get a feel for it. There's no real procedure for change. Dr. Bob will get ideas and start topics here for people to weigh in, or posters will start topics. It seems like Dr. Bob is more open to new ideas, like new boards, than to changing existing features and rules. In particular, advocating for looser civility standards doesn't seem to have any effect. It seems like the rules are always moving toward more safety for readers rather than more freedom for posters.
