I would:
Contact Dr Bob via e-mail and foward the e-mail's
that you are conserned about.
Contact the persons ISP; if there are threats also
contact the police in the town the e-mail was sent from. Post here if you need help figuring out which ISP or town to contact, I or others can help with this.
I think posting on these boards about these e-mails
just proves the person was sucessful in hurting you.
