Re Migraines.. I don't know what you have tried..and I never managed to figure them out completely,..I think in my case a combo of cyclical plunging of estrogen levels to below an absolute threshold..the same idea as reactive hypoglycemia, to below an absolute level..but then you have to add in stress on top of it....always a trigger (or the relaxing after stress)

Have you tried taking a calcium/magnesium tablet at night AND a little magnesium at brekkie and lunch. Also may I suggest you go and buy some Epsom salts and have a nice long relaxing bath (submerge you head and all) in a few spoons of it. Magnesium should help a little..it's good for stress and relaxing the muscles both of which contribue to migraine...and it can't hurt you!

Too much will give one loose motions...I've noted that bowel motions are part of coming out of a migraine for me..so maybe something ties up there?
