I excercised quite a bit a tact here, as i am fed
up with people questioning things that go on every day here, for years, only to be "discovered"

HenryO's question was a matter of curiosity and didn't imply anything was wrong. He said "excuse me" and asked. I wondered, too, when I first started reading posts here.
