You wouldn't need to involve yourself in private discussion via email though.. I have made some wonderful friends here when I have started a private, off board, friendship with them, that couldn't have gown if it had stayed only on board.
But to me, private emailing holds different support than this place does.. I come here when I need group support.. or privately when I need specific support from close friends who know and understand me really well, and where I know I will never face abuse of any sort.
