That chay site I use had logo'd underwear as prizes for quiz's etc, and also to buy.. has proved very popular!! Boxers very popular with women to sleep in it seems!!!
You can do a decent job with just shop bought undies, and then a printed iron on transfer (works pretty well, but doesn't stand up too well to hot washes all the time, but cool washes seem fine on them)...
