Joy,
I hope you see this, my email was returned, "NOT ACCEPTING MAIL FROM THIS SENDER"... Anyway, I'd suggest going to:
https://dr-bob.securesites.com/cgi-bin/pb/signup.pl
scrolling down to the "update registration" section, and giving it another try. But updates need to be confirmed, and if you can't receive a confirmation code by email, that's going to be a problem...
