unable to access postings

I can access the Dr-Bob message boards, but when I click on any of the individual postings, I get an error message such as "You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/pb/build.pl/babble/admin/20021128/msgs/9031.html on this server." I'm assuming this is a server problem on your end because I've never had this problem before. Since there's no mention of this on the admin board, either it's just me (hard to believe), I'm the first to notice the problem (harder to believe), or posting is also impossible (so this message is moot).
