This seems like a slippery slope to start on, no? Are you required to ask for adverse events?

worries me. Why would you open the door for taking responsibility that isn't yours? What happened to the "Caviat emptor" idea? The advice here is from lay people, not professionals and you have done a good job of telling people that it is just an exchange of ideas, not professional advice.
do you still have the quiz requirement to sign on to post?
For non-posters, maybe when someone first comes here to read and lurk, there could be a pop-up window telling them what this is and to read the intros and FAQs, etc.
