Hey Shar,
It's a compilation of some very well known mental health professionals and their experiences with e-therapy among other subjects. I really liked the clinical examples, if I didn't already have an e-mail relationship with my shrink, I would definitely show him/her this book and establish one. I really recommend it- judy
