We've been over and over this problem with Lou, and came up with some ways to help people avoid his posts, such as making the religion board. As I see it Lou has stuck to the rules WE qasked to be imposed, he has not posted his "stuff" on any board toher than the religion one and is keeping himself pretty much to himself.
What else do you want this guy to do??
If you kno whis posts are going to uoset you (not YOU, a genreal you), surely the obvious advice is to avoid them. Wendy B thought there was a problem with Lou's posts on the religion board, and I felt it within my rights to point out that the easiest way to avoid being uspet by these was to avoid them. I was not uncivil at any point.
And, one final point. I don't always take my own advice and avoid posts I really should do, so I am not asking tohers to behave as I do.
