Complaint about Cam W

Dr. Bob, I have a major complaint about CamW. I have experienced Seroquel induced EPS in the past year, which was diagnosed by two different doctors. There was no debate as to whether or not the Seroquel caused it. It actually got worse, showed up the worst when I went OFF the Seroquel and I was still having mild EPS type problems over six months later.
CamW came back with a sarcastic reply to my question, basically insinuating my experience was "subjective" and not true. That is very insulting and upsetting. Its also not civil. I would like you to give me Cam's last name and general location in Canada so I locate the pharmacy board that maintains his pharmacy license. I would like to file a written complaint against him with the pharmacy board in his area. You have a responsibility in particular to make sure any medical professionals on this board behave in a "civil" manner.
