Then, to do an apples-to-apples comparison between November 2000 and April 2002, should "confirmed but haven't posted" (363 in Nov 2000) be subtracted from registered handles (1405 in Nov 2000), leaving 1042 Nov 2000 registered handles compared to 4294 April 2002 registered handles?
Are there stats for traffic?
