it worked! it worked! YAYAY! This has been upsetting me for daaaaaaays ... I sat patiently at the top of the FAQ list watched the little MS icon in the browswer continue to spin and Eureka - I landed right in the middle of the area that addressed the question I had. I don't know HOW to say thank you enough. :-)
