Thanks very much for the suggestions. Linking up with a Rush social worker is something I can probably do. We feel like we aren't of much help, being so far away from them.

Thanks for all of your work, and responding. I've learned a lot from this board. Sometimes textbooks and journal articles don't tell "the whole story." Just knowing we're not alone is a big help.
