We have always agreed about this. I never said artists should have a special dispensation from any rule here. There is nothing in any of my posts that says that. In fact, I've explicitly stated the opposite.

I am opposed to doing this as well. I don't see artists as "above" others because in some ways they are different. Different doesn't mean better, although everyone is better at some things and worse at others. But I do think artists as a whole are worthy of much more respect, understanding, and support than they are generally accorded in a society like this.
