my new civility policy

If ever I'm in a difficult situation w/ another member I vow to spare the board our misunderstaning and make my email available to them so we can hash things out in private. That way I'll know I've at least made myself available, instead of ignoring them like I ended up doing last time, which only made things worse in the long run.
