It is a little hard to bear. Singling out Elizabeth at all.
What about intention? And trust over time? Shouldn't these things count? And, as well, free your energy to concentrate elsewhere?
In fact, isn't that what trust does?
I think it's a gift, to the board, that she's here---which I know you already know---and I sympathize with why your PBCs wrankle.
