However:
1. Just because something isn't an "enforcement priority" for the FDA doesn't make it legal.
2. The Customs Service is independent of the FDA and says:
> The importer must... declare to Customs that the medicine is for personal use and show a valid prescription... Federal law prohibits importing drugs not approved by the FDA... Customs officers may seize and destroy all non-approved drugs.
