Thread notification errors

Posted by Craig on January 6, 2002, at 0:46:10

I have never requested to be notified of follow-ups to any post I've ever written, but on 1/5/02 I received 5 such notices by email. These follow-ups were from a 1999 thread. Something has gone haywire somewhere. For awhile, there used to be another guy named Craig who would post to the board before you began registering users and he is the one who participated in that thread. (I'm the Craig who has been around since the beginning of Psycho-Babble.)

I followed the instructions to remove myself from future replies, but I wonder if anyone else is getting emails like this. I hope this was just a fluke because I share my computer and don't want anyone else to know what I read or write about on Psycho-Babble.
