Nikki,
Great that you have volunteered your time! Best of luck.
Understand that drugbuyers.com is just a site that links you to pharmacies and evaluates their service. But they have negotiated discounts for their members with many pharmacies. Look over the sites and you will see which ones. These are ones to approach with about their willingness to pay for portals from our site.
Again, I think it is important to identify the software mechanisms that allow such an arrangement to track sales created.
Fianlly, I would like to restate the idea of having links to psychiatric services online also. I am not getting close to the idea of fee splitting. Simply, psychiatrists are allowed to advertise. Dr. Bob's site could have link to various p-docs web pages. The pages would give a breif history or description of the psychiatrists area of specialty, etc. The links could be organized by specialty and/or location. Dr.s on the site would also have to note whether they are allowed to practice out of state or out of country. For example, can an Italian p-doc consult a U.S. citizen. Can an Italian P-doc prescribe for a U.S. citizen.
Payment would be a flat advertisement (link) space fee, which is clearly legal I believe. The fee would be adjusted, say, semi-annually, based on sales volume created.
Any legal or ethical problem with this Dr. Bob?
