Are four meds too many?

I'm currently on 225 mg venlafaxine, 300 mg bupropion, and 200 mg lamotrigine.

My cognition is good, my mood is OK, but my functioning and motivation are poor.

I think that adding a low dose - 0.5 mg or 1 mg - of flupentixol might help.

Do you think that this is excessive?

I always feel like a pill popper when I go to the pharmacy.

Any other suggestions?
