i'm less dreaded about sitting somewhere or being out in public, and start a episode, you know people go to god, and are superficial about it, this was only resort i could do, was weeks of prayer, like hours daily. If god was not here, i would be in psych hospital, i prayed so hard telling him i'll give him my life, and do his will, and ask he would end this torment. Jesus said have simple prayer, yes simple prayer is good, but there are times when hours of prayer needed. Zyprexa is doing ok, but i've been in depressive phase, i just hope my doctor will get my on vraylar, for this depressive phase. It's expensive, very, but it's med that treats depression, and bipolar symptoms. Lithium has just...it doesn't do much for depression, it usually has to be around 900-1200 to start having antidepressant, 300 did not do anything. When there's no people around to help, Jesús is there, and Jesus said do good, and save people before its too late. Inspire people, to help others like jesus did. Don't know what else to write but faith in god is real and he is faithful. End of log
