Thanks, guys. I reliably get anorgasmia with SSRI, so that isn't nice, either.
It is sort of like a 'don't think of a pink elephant' thing with these intrusive thoughts. I tell myself 'it would be very inappropriate to think XYZ'. Then I think XYZ. Then I beat myself up concluding I am a bad person and try to suppress the toughts more. It doesn't help. I think that is where change needs to happen psychologically.
I will take a look at Choline. Neuroleptics are a two edged sword. I think they can help OCD, but they can also worsen it. At least that is what I believe after googling the issue.
