What I am focused on now is human growth hormone. I just have this idea that in my case many things can be fixed with non psychiatric means. Ontop, my psychiatrist, who I am sure is good, doesnt think I should try any more meds. I have tried alot and now I got the best meds for me, but I am not in remission.

Well, most of the time it is within the reference range, but not very far. I will probably do it as I age, but right now it is maybe not worth the hassle.

Yeah, If it is out of whack Thyroid can cause psychiatric symptoms. My neighbor told me. She probably would have been sent to a ward if they hadnt figured out it is thyroid.
