Amphetamine (Adderall) actually produces more of a dopamine elevation than cocaine, but which one you like better is individual; it may depend on your baseline level of dopamine; if it is already high, cocaine would be enough and amphetamine may be too much.
People say intranasal methylphenidate (Ritalin) produces a high that resembles that of cocaine. However, cocaine has a short half-life, which means you don't have to wait as long to get a good repeat-experience from another dose.
Heroin is very different, although at low doses, it does produce some stimulation. At higher doses, it is sedative, and can produce sleep (or death with even higher doses). It yields a calm, relaxing, comfortable high in contrast to the exhilaration and excitement of stimulants.
Combining opioids with stimulants ("speedballing") has synergistic effects.
