> https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6627205/I remember from my research a long time ago that disulfiram inhibits the enzyme DBH (dopamine beta-hydroxylase), which converts dopamine to noradrenaline (aka. norepinephrine). Therefore, it might be useful in conditions of dopamine deficiency, including depression.
