This is one drug I haven't tried. I think it is worth trying, but I don't think it is exactly a replacement for lamotrigine.

How much memantine are you taking?

A few drugs that come to mind as also worth a try are fluphenthixol (low dose, <2 mg), vortioxetine, and lurasidone. Buprenorphine too! It helped my ADD especially.
