I would highly recommend a very tiny dose of Seroquel (only for sleep) at bedtime. That's all I take it for. I take 12.5 to 25mg of Seroquel and that has gotten me to sleep for 12yrs now regardless of whatever else I've been taking. There's no addiction, no tolerance, no weight gain. At low dosages Seroquel pretty much just hits the histamine receptor really hard.
The problem w/ switching to IR is that you'll have to deal w/ crappy generics. There are a lot of issues w/ Wellbutrin generics (trust me google it). I think Sandoz is the brand people recommend but best to read up on them and call pharmancies ahead to see what they carry if you go that route.
