I am on some spectrum of complex trauma/borderline/possible BPII diagnosis. I struggle with explosive rage. Antipsychotics typically make this worse for me as well as worsen dissociation.
When I tried remeron I remembered my thoughts seemed to race a lot, although my paranoia and social confidence improved. Not so much on the other ones. At one point I thought if dopamine was antagonized by the AP that the busy mind would be kind of an ADD symptom. Not sure. Don't like them.
The MAOIs helped me with my rage but also made me completely numb and ramped up my compulsive behavior.
I've not heard of Telmisartan, will look into it.
How are you feeling now?
