Hey guys,
i have picked up on of these https://www.amazon.com/Luminette-Bright-Therapy-Glasses-energy/dp/B01553VBD6/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1542222049&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=luminette&psc=1
Its pretty awesome. You are very flexible and can do everything with it except driving. This way no time of the day is lost due to sitting infront of a light therapy device.
It helps against hypersomnia and lethargy. Here in Germany the winter is pretty dark, so i light up my days with this.
The only question i have is how good or bad it is on the eyes. Being an overthinker, i contacted an eye doctor. I will check from time to time if my eyes suffer from the light therapy.
Seroquel 900mg :(
