just...be cautious. klonopin was bad, for me. i think my (probably slack) shrink went too far...I was 18, on 3mgs/klonopin day time and sonata, then ambien at night for a while...
not good. but, klonopin -is- more likely to cause bad moods than the other flavors of Mother's Little Helpers. so...valium, serax, xanax xr, ativan...whatever. just know that tapers can be hellish.
niacinamide seems to help me, although honestly...now that I"ve gone to higher doses of time release vitamin C per day, I'm thinking I just need lots of antioxidants, in general.
taurine helps some people. its cheap, take it on an empty stomach, see what happens I guess (?).
not a huge fan of antidepressants. ssri and ssnri drugs are pretty much designed to numb the emotions. tca drugs...for me, cause less apathy, but they seem to be too harsh for me now, too.
maybe lyrica or neurontin? i saw a poster here wrote that lyrica is turning out to be more addictive, in the sense of creating a physical dependency, than the 'experts' had thought would be the case, initially. funny how that seems to -always- happen with miracle psych drugs.
do you think maybe the neuroleptics are contributing to all this? abilify doesn't seem to help my anxiety, but it doesn't seem to exacerbate it, either. zyprexa, for whatever reason, gave me akathisia at 5mgs, and that was the end of that...seroquel wasnt much better.
sorry about your anxiety. hope you can find something that helps.
