update - I've had memory problems, but I've been on prayer chain to get healed, this is what happened - dl-phenylalanine improves cognitive state, or i felt better in my mood because it enhanced my motivation, and felt interested in things - so ... i started taking 2500 in one dose, which - i say it had good effects, but what I did not know was the maximum amount by FDA is 3000mg daily, when i read that on the internet i flipped because i was taking 2500 2-3 times a day, i flipped when i googled intellectual disabilities and cognitive impairment from a dose of DLPA, it has plagued me and only thing i can do is pray through prayer chains, there's no doctors that i can see right now, resources are low, and i have to take this into account and find a solution. DLPA is a safe supplement, but at a certain dose, it causes toxic brain damage or nervous system alteration. It's linked to cancer, but it's a good supplement, and people who take it report good things, but the stupidity of me not reading directions, i thought it said 3000 in one dose, not daily. So....i hope any intellectual impairment, it will subside. I've thrown all of it out, I might as well post it online because i don't have doctors or counselors that could take this into account. Trying to get a job, but still fearing not catching on, because it happened over again. I might as well make so many ideas for people, and at least give something useful out to world.
