when i did havve insomnia before, even before 2012 i used to try visulization to try to get myself to sleep, but at times it didnt do much, i was too focused and had too much dopamine in my nerve synapse.....that's why i could not doze off
I've been looking at other techniques to help sleep, mostly sleep aids do help but there not all great in the long run, mainly because of tolerance, it begins to work immediately but after time your body adapts and becomes less effectiveCBT is cognitive therapy that is effective
everything can change like that, and all these years go by so fast, but nothing lasts forever
