Hi folks, long time poster but not in a while.
Wanted to point you to a new book I found very interesting about the use of high dose thyroid (higher than previously thought, and without need for monitoring) for bipolar depression.
https://www.amazon.com/Science-Thyroid-Supplementation-Treatment-Depression/dp/1979168415
I am going to start it ,this time trying T3. Dr. Kelly says no need for monitoring and that there is no risk actual hyperthyroidism (since that is actually an autoimmune disease).
WOULD LOVE TO HEAR whether anyone has had experience with T3, at a higher dose...granted given how slow this board is these days it may just be significantly negatively biased to those still ill, but I always come back to PB with these sorts of questions out of long time respect for the members here.
