Why don't you swap the seroquel out for perphenazine? I've had good results with this combo on weight. Its not that hard to keep down.
Or maybe the zyprexa for perphenazine. Not sure how that would work as I've never taken seroquel.
Just think your problem is your taking 2 APs with weight gain.
