I can't figure out how to dose the prazosin yet. I am still trying to keep the dosage at or below 6 mg/day. I hope that I haven't just "tickled" the brain enough such that it produces an improvement that is only temporary.

I'm sorry to hear that. Are you feeling better now?
I believe prazosin works best for conditions that have been variously named as:
1. Developmental PTSD
2. Development Trauma Disorder
3. Complex PTSD
These things represent an illness that develops as the result of experiencing multiple (chronic) traumas - usually during childhood. It can manifest as depression or anxiety. In my case, anxiety developed first by age 10, followed by the induction of depression at age 17. Complex PTSD often responds to the same treatments as does acute PTSD.Do you have GAD? I imagine you have already tried:
Paxil
Effexor
Nardil
Lyrica
Propranolol
