I've tried Parnate 150 mg/day combined with desipramine 200 mg/day and Ritalin. It was without effect. I also switched the Ritalin to Dexedrine and added bromocriptine and T4 (thyroxine).
I think my case is unusually difficult to treat. However, I'm sure your treatment regime would help many other people.
In my years of working with Parnate and doctors who specialized in its use, I think the PDR drug label recommends dosages that are too small for most people. I think the suggested range should be 40-80 mg/day.
The same is true of Nardil. I think its range should be 60-90 mg/day.
