Could i add 5-HTP or Tryptophan to low dose Effexo

I once tool 5HTP. Sam-E and more with Nardil.

No Serotonin Syndrome. Seems i am really deficient.

Could i carefully add some 5-HTP or Tryptophan to 75mg Effexor?

schizo-affective, type depressive
Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 10mg
75mg Effexor
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium orotate 360mg
5.000 IU Vitamin D
