I'd take Pristiq myself...a lil activation never hurt anybody.
What's your goal dose for the neuroleptic(s)
Maybe a good AD will help w/ the neuroleptic taper/reduction. Before I got on a full 400mgs/day Wellbutrin SR, I was popping low dose risperdal and/or gabapentin to keep myself calm(er). Now that the Wellbutrin has had time to work at a full dose, I'm much less reliant on the PRN meds.
