Any ideas for a brain healthy soup?

Any ideas for ingredients?

Base:
Fresh Bone broth soup from organic free range - collagen proline glycine B12

Ingredients:
leaves of bacopa/gotu kola/gingko biloba/ginseng
salmon and/or crab - omega 3s phenylalanine
tomato and/or avocado - lycopene folate
soaked brown rice and/or bran - gaba glucose
broccoli and/or cauliflower - vitamin K choline
turmeric and/or ginger - curcumin anti inflamatory
walnut and/or almonds - omega3 B6
celery and/or beets - luteolin detox polysaccharides
chickpea and/or legumes - magnesium
buckwheat and/or quinoa - tryptophan magnesium no gluten complex carbs
coconut oil and/or olive oil - MCT polyphenols
lettuce and/or spinach - vitamins
parsley sage rosemary thyme oregano - carnosic acid
garlic cumin coriander basil - taste
black salt/rock salt - trace minerals

Toppings:
pumpkin/sesame/sunflower/flax seeds - zinc minerals
blueberry / black currant - vitamin C vitamin K
egg flakes / brewers yeast - amino acids vitamins

(disclaimer: not sure about nutrition info for any)

Have the soup with sprouted gluten free bread?


If the soup is well cooked and prepared - it should be easy to digest and absorb - and the ingredients will cross the blood brain barrier
