Upon discontinuation, Nardil sometimes works again if one waits for more than three months before restarting it. I know one doctor whose patient had to cycle between Parnate and Nardil. Have you tried Marplan? I never received any long-term benefit from a MAOI unless I combined it with either desipramine or nortriptyline. I find that 90 mg/day of Nardil is ideal for me. With Parnate, 120 mg/day works best. Nardil + nortriptyline is probably better for treating anxiety disorders with comorbid depression.
As an aside, I just want to reiterate that CBD may not work very well without some of the other substances (an entourage) to be found in marijuana. This is still being studied.
