Hey Lamdage,
one of the great things i loved about my old pdoc is that he was very holistic. He taught me exercise, diet, good sleep, sleep habits, etc are all part of recovery.right now the adderall is helping me to be a little more active in the a.m., but once it wears off i am both physically tired and mentally tired and have no energy due to the depression to exercise.
the adderall is also helping my sleep. i am getting much better 'rested' sleep. i am not waking periodically or restless sleep anymore.
in the morning i am not hungry but once the adderall kicks in i can eat a good breakfast (about 9:30 or so). in the evening i eat for crap.
i remember him telling me it was important to keep blood sugar level throughout the day. but in the afternoon the last thing i want is to eat, or fix anything. so its hard.
i'm getting there , its just terribly slow..i'm posting more below.

The day is on Fire, and i know the purity of pure despair."
